Arizona State is bidding to host NCAA Tournament regionals in baseball and softball.
Sixteen regionals and eight super regionals will be held at predetermined sites this season to provide adequate time to prepare for COVID-19 testing procedures and protocol.
The deadline for bid submission is April 12. Softball regional sites will be announced the week of April 26 and baseball sites the week of May 10.
Super regional sites will be selected after the regionals.
ASU baseball is 16-7 (5-4 Pac-12) going into a Tuesday non-conference games at No. 22 Arizona.
The Sun Devils have not hosted a regional since 2011 when they still played at Packard Stadium.
