Arizona State has vaulted into the top ten in the AP Top 25 men's basketball poll for the first time since 1981.
In fact, ASU checks in at No. 5 in the latest AP poll, released on Monday morning.
Villanova is the new No. 1, leapfrogging from No. 4 to the top spot.
ASU (9-0) is hot off a 95-85 victory at then-No. 2 ranked Kansas, just the 11th win by a visiting team in the 15-year Bill Self era. ASU's 95-point outburst is the most scored at KU since 1989.
