Another night in Pullman, another tough one for the Arizona State Sun Devils.
For the second straight night, the Sun Devils (12-14, 4-4 Pac-12) fell on an extra innings walk-off hit at the hands of the Washington State Cougars, losing 4-3 in Pullman Friday.
ASU took another early lead, as freshman first baseman Spencer Torkelson did what he does best: take guys deep.
Torkelson mashed his 13th home run of the season over the wall in right-center field.
Immediately after, though, the Sun Devils saw their lead disappear.
Sophomore Alec Marsh took the hill to start it out for the Sun Devils and did not receive a warm welcome from the homestanding Cougars.
