ASU baseball was looking to reignite the offense after being held to one hit by Washington pitcher Noah Bremer.
On Saturday, Arizona State’s offense awoke for 14 hits as the Sun Devils defeated the Huskies 8-5.
Just like in Friday’s game, Washington jumped out to a first-inning lead on a fielding error by third baseman Jeremy McCuin scoring second baseman Levi Jordan.
The Huskies tacked on another run in the the third inning on an RBI double by right fielder M.J. Hubbs.
Trailing 2-0, Arizona State was looking to get its offense jump-started and they did just that in the fourth inning.
