ASU baseball opened a three-game series at Washington Friday looking to continue their momentum after consecutive wins over ranked teams.
Arizona State faced off against Washington ace pitcher Noah Bremer, who entered the game with a 5-2 record and a 2.55 ERA.
Bremer displayed his best stuff versus the Sun Devils throwing a one-hitter in a dominant 4-0 win for Washington.
The only hit Arizona State was able to muster was a one-out single by shortstop Andrew Snow in the fourth inning.
Bremer finished throwing a complete game shutout allowing only the one hit, one walk and striking out 10 Sun Devils for his sixth win of the season.
