Arizona State baseball erupted for six runs in the fourth inning Saturday night on the way to an 8-1 series-clinching win at Washington.
Freshman Jack Moss hit a two-run homer and Drew Swift added a three-run double in the fourth. Kai Muphy also had two RBI as the Sun Devils offense supported starting pitcher Justin Fall.
Fall (5-1) allowed six hits and one run in six innings, striking out seven. Christian Bodlovich, who earned a save in Friday’s 16-inning game, and Brock Peery covered the final three innings.
The Sun Devils improved to 18-8, 7-4 Pac-12.
