Arizona's three Division I college baseball teams are all in the 64-team NCAA Tournament field for the first time.
Pac-12 champion Arizona (40-15) is seeded No. 5 nationally and will host a regional that includes WAC Tournament champion Grand Canyon (39-1-1), making its NCAA D-I postseason debut as an automatic qualifier.
GCU will play UA in a first-round game. The Antelopes beat the visiting Wildcats 5-4 in 10 innings on April 13.
As a top-eight national seed, Arizona also could host a super regional at Hi Corbett Field. Others in the Tucson regional are UC-Santa Barbara and Oklahoma State.
