TEMPE, Ariz. – As announced by the NCAA on Wednesday, three Arizona State teams lead the prestigious Pac-12 Conference in Graduation Success Rate (GSR), including the No. 11 Sun Devil men's swim/dive team, which recorded a perfect 100 percent in the most recent data release.
The 100 percent mark is a significant improvement, up from 91 percent and a third-place ranking in the conference in last year's release. Prior to the 2016 release, the Sun Devil men's program was last in the Pac-12 in GSR in 2014 (73 percent) and fifth in 2015 (80 percent).
GSR is the NCAA's primary tool for measuring academic success in Division I athletics and shows the proportion of student-athletes on any given team who earn a college degree.
