Hamilton High School wide receiver Brenden Rice, the son of Pro and College Football Hall of Famer Jerry Rice, has narrowed his list of college choices and Arizona State is still in the mix, although the Sun Devils look to have an uphill battle to land his services.
Rice, heading into his senior season, has narrowed his list to 11 schools of which ASU is one. Pac-12 foe Oregon is considered the heavy favorite by 247Sports.
He has a list of 22 offers from which to choose. Others still in the hunt are Michigan, Texas A&M, Nebraska, USC, Colorado, UCLA, Mississippi, Washington State and Arizona.
