Arizona State and the University of Texas have scheduled a home-and-home football series that will mark the first time the schools have met in the regular season.
Fans will have to wait more than a decade for those showdowns though. The first will be Sept. 11, 2032 at Sun Devil Stadium, with the Sun Devils traveling to Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin the following season, Sept. 10, 2033 at Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin.
The teams played once in the postseason with Texas defeating ASU 52-34 in the 2007 Holiday Bowl game in San Diego.
