PHOENIX – No. 16 Arizona State women's golf capped their own PING/ASU Invitational Sunday, the first at Papago Golf Course, the new home of Sun Devil golf. The Sun Devils held steady all weekend, in the top spot near the end, ultimately finishing second, just one stroke behind No. 1 USC.
Individually, junior skyrocketed up the leaderboard on Saturday and earned her fourth top-10 finish of the season, finishing sixth overall (211/-5).
Freshman earned the highest finish of her young college career (T13) while (T20) also finished in the top-25.
This weekend was the final home competition for seniors and , who were honored Thursday night prior to the start of the tournament with seniors from each participating school.
