DENVER – Paul Goldschmidt says he shows up to the ballpark every day in search of an answer, an adjustment of some kind that might jumpstart his season after an uncharacteristic start. But if he has answers or specifics on what he needs to do, he was not offering them up to reporters on Monday afternoon.
“I’ve been feeling good,” he said. “I know the results haven’t been there, but that’s just part of it. I’m just trying to go out there and have good at-bats, hit the ball hard and hopefully find a way to get on base.
