Snake Bytes 9/22: Rockies Interfere with Postseason Chances

Zack Greinke and German MArquez faced off in a pitching duel on Friday night. When Greinke left the game with one out in the eighth inning, there was one runner on and Colorado had only scored twice. Then Jake Diekman and a blown interference call at second base happened. When Arizona came up to bat in the bottom half of the inning, they were suddenly down by four.

Once again, the Diamondbacks jumped on opposing pitching and scored in the first inning of the game, this time on a two-run homer by David Peralta.
