The Dbacks got all of their run scoring out the way early, and wrapped up the offense after the 3rd inning. Starting pitcher Zac Gallen was pretty good as usual, though not his best, he still had the win locked up after 6 innings. In the 7th Caleb Smith took the mound and promptly blew the save and the Mets tied things up at 4-4. In the 8th, 9th, and 10th innings the Diamondbacks offense produced big shiny goose-eggs, and 10th inning pitcher Stephan Crichton showed us all what the bullpen is made of - free walks - and a run scored - game over - walk off loss.
