Arizona House passes tax recapture bill for Chase Field, which moves to Senate

The Arizona House of Representatives passed HB 2704, a tax recapture bill that will fund renovations at Chase Field, with bipartisan support on Wednesday. The vote came out to 35-25, and the bill moves onto the Arizona Senate. If it passes there, it will end up on the desk of Gov.
