All 120 teams invited to partner with MLB as minor league affiliates have accepted 10-year contracts to form the new, regionally aligned minor league baseball divisions. The realignment includes two AAA divisions and three divisions for each of the AA, High-A, and Low-A leagues. Travel time has been cut down by scheduling six-game series. Minor league pay has been increased some.
