The calendar turns to August, and I think the Diamondbacks would prefer if it never changed. The team has just completed on of their best months ever, without looking, one of their biggest turnarounds ever record and standings wise. Remember, it wasn’t that long ago that they were seven games under .500 and now are seven above. And they’re still missing two starting pitchers, Gallen was MIA for most of the season and it’s time for Paul Sewald to pitch has become a threat instead of a promise. They arguably aren’t even playing at their full potential.
