Few players in Sedona Red have been connected to more trade rumors over the past few seasons than starting pitcher Robbie Ray. This trade deadline has been no different, with Ray likely the most-discussed Diamondback in terms of potentially being traded. But it appears that the theoretical has now become fact, with Robbie being traded to the Toronto Blue Jays [or, as I suppose we should be calling them these days, the Toronto Blue Jays of Buffalo...] According to Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca, left-handed pitcher Travis Bergen is the return, with the D-backs also sending $300K to the Jays, per Nick Piecoro.
