The Diamondbacks hired Mike Hazen from the Red Sox last week and while much of the attention from the media will come down to managerial candidates, the Dbacks still need to fill out their front office. With assistant GM Bryan Minniti failing to get the promotion, it is very likely he leaves the organization to go to another team. While I do think there will be some executives making the move from Boston to Phoenix, Hazen did state he wasn't going to raid the entire front office personnel. The Diamondbacks have reached out to the Red Sox Vice President of International and Amateur Scouting Amiel Sawdaye to offer him the assistant GM job.
