Chris Owings isn’t at 100% this season. He has slumped tremendously hitting just under .200. He was called up in 2013 and showed he can be a hitter for contact with 21 extra base hits last season with a .260 average. He will never hit for power, but he can be clutch at times.

Owings has slowly picked up his offense, picking up at least a hit in his last three games.
