The Arizona Diamondbacks have routinely been toward the bottom of the pack in regard to team payroll in the MLB; however, owner Ken Kendrick is determined to change that this offseason.
Already, coming off a run to the World Series, the Diamondbacks have acquired two big names in the form of Eduardo Rodriguez and Eugenio Suarez.
But, at least according to their owner, Ken Kendrick, this is just the beginning of a spending spree that they will be going on this winter.
Kendrick told Alex Weiner at AZSports that his goal is to have the Diamondbacks payroll the highest it has been in franchise history.
