Reno Aces: Despite hitting .303 with an .866 OPS in 301 plate appearances, 2B/LF Garrett Weber was demoted to Double-A Mobile. C/2B Jordan Pacheco has struggled at the plate for the Aces since being demoted two months ago, hitting just .188 with no home runs. Pacheco is hitless in his last 24 trips to the plate. RHP Aaron Blair made his first start since returning from the Pan-American Games, giving up two runs on seven hits over seven innings, striking out five and walking one. LHP Dan Runzler was released after posting a 5.26 ERA in 39 appearances.
