Diamondbacks right-hander Jon Duplantier surrendered three runs in the second inning to put the Diamondbacks in an early hole against the New York Mets on Friday at Chase Field.
After a lengthy delay following an injury that removed home-plate umpire Jim Wolf from the game, Duplantier proceeded to allow an RBI single to Todd Frazier and a two-run double to Adeiny Hechavarria.
