After already spending nine seasons in the NL West, either with the Dodgers or the Giants, Joc Pederson is far from done enjoying the thrill of one of baseball’s most competitive divisions.
Now with the Diamondbacks, Pederson was quick to give some high praise to his new team: “They’ve always done the little things right, and now they’ve added young superstars that are changing the game, stealing bases, hitting homers. They’re electric out there, and I want to be a part of it.”
Mike Hazen, the Diamondbacks general manager, shared a similar enthusiasm, declaring, “I’ve always appreciated his energy and competitiveness from across the field.
