Josh Rojas was just another high school baseball player growing up in Arizona. He wasn’t a top prospect. He wasn’t headed to a Division I school right away. He didn’t make an all-region team or receive any postseason accolades during his senior year in 2013.
It’s been a six-year baseball odyssey since, but now the Glendale-born Rojas is living out a childhood dream with his hometown Diamondbacks.
“It all happened so fast that, really, I don’t think I’ve had time to soak it all in,” said Rojas, who attended both Goodyear Millenium and Paradise Valley Community College.
