The Diamondbacks aren't just looking to make an overhaul with the general manager position, but could be looking to overhaul the baseball operations part of the front office from the top. MLB Trade Rumors posted that the Diamondbacks are seeking into interview Nationals General Manager and President of Baseball Operations Mike Rizzo to lead a similar position at Arizona. Rizzo used to be part of the team's scouting department until he left after the 2005 season when he was passed up for Josh Byrnes for the GM gig. Rizzo has been the Nats GM since the 2009 season and was named President of Baseball Ops in 2013.
