As he enters his fourth winter meetings with the Diamondbacks, General Manager Mike Hazen says this offseason already has had a different feel. With money to spend, new possibilities have emerged.
“I think we’re definitely in different parts of the market that we haven’t been in in the past, which is great,” Hazen said. “We’re having different conversations than we’ve had in the past. I don’t know if that’s going to result in anything, but that part of it is more interesting.
