Diamondbacks reliever Drey Jameson has decided against Tommy John surgery and will instead focus on a conservative rehab program.
While this is a risky move, if the rehab goes well, Jameson could be back on the mound for the Diamondbacks in the final stretch of the season.
On the flip side, if the rehab is not successful, the 25-year-old may be forced to miss the entire 2024 season, as Tommy John surgery is typically a 12- to 15-month setback.
