Diamondbacks 'chilling' as they snap skid

ATLANTA – The chill vibes of Bob Marley reverberated through the visitors’ clubhouse on Friday night, and the Diamondbacks bobbed their heads and sung along as they made their way across the room.

For a night, at least, they again looked like a team that could win a baseball game. They found hits when they needed them. They looked competent in the field and on the mound. They shook hands afterward like it was no big thing.

“This is the new style that we’ve got right now,” outfielder/musical consultant David Peralta said after the Diamondbacks’ 7-2 win over the Atlanta Braves snapped a six-game losing streak.
