Yesterday we found out that the Arizona Diamondbacks sent Zack Godley to Double A Mobile and brought up Allen Webster from Triple A Reno. Today, Steve Gilbert tweeted out that Chase Anderson will make his return to the rotation after a stint on the 15-day disabled list. Anderson was shelved on July 19th with triceps inflammation. He had just endured his worst outing of the season, giving up ten hits in only 3 2/3 innings in an 8-4 loss to the San Francisco Giants.
