After being shutout by the Brewers last night, the Diamondbacks answered right back with a 7-3 victory. Arizona took two of three in the series and has improved to 8-5 on the season, sitting at the top of the NL West.
Former 2019 first-round pick Drey Jameson got his first start of the season, and he was once again spectacular. Jameson threw four shutout innings, allowing just three hits. In total this season, Jameson has thrown 12.1 innings, allowing only two runs.
Josh Rojas improved his batting average for the year to .412 with three hits and two runs scored.
