Diamondbacks at Giants: 5 Players to Watch

The Arizona Diamondbacks hit the road again after yet another disappointing home stand. They went 4-5 against three National League West opponents, the same three they will be facing on this ten game road trip. On their previous stay at home, the D-backs were a woeful 1-6 at Chase Field, punctuated by a four game sweep at the hands of the St. Louis Cardinals. Arizona is now 35-40 in Phoenix, 69-77 overall and in third place in the National League West.

Up first is a stop in San Francisco and three games against the Giants. The defending champs will not get a chance to defend their title in postseason play as they are 77-69, 7 1/2 games behind the Los Angeles Dodgers in the division and eight games out of a Wild Card spot.
