Editorial note: I suppose I could rewrite the recap, in light of subsequent events, but I think it's more honest to let it stand. If I hadn't been recapping this, I'd have turned over to equestrian gymnastics or something. But instead, I got to witness one of the greatest comebacks in franchise history: from 8-2 down at the seventh inning stretch.
