The Snakes had Southpaw Jordan Montgomery (6-4 5.71 ERA) take the mound in this one, looking to build upon the solid stretch that he has been on lately ( 3-0, 2.70 ERA in 16.2 IP and 15 K / 4 BB over his last 3 starts). He was originally scheduled to match up against the Twins RHP Chris Paddack, but he has been placed on the 15-Day IL due to some shoulder fatigue.
