Josh Collmenter wasn't at his best, with a lot of full counts, long at-bats and hard-hit balls. But, the bottom line is, he dueled the Cubs ace, Jon Lester, to a tie, even if Collmenter only lasted five innings tonight. He allowed six hits and a walk, with five strikeouts, but managed to leave with a 2-2 tie. Arizona scored in the first, when Paul Goldschmidt followed an A.J. Pollock single with an RBI single, and after falling behind 2-1, tied things up in the fifth with Nick Ahmed's first home-run of the season.
