The Diamondbacks are in a bit of a funk right now, and I don't mean some awesome get-down Bootsy Collins stuff. That would be a welcome change of pace and more fun than it has been lately. There was a distinct lack of funky beats at the ballpark tonight, as the Diamondbacks dropped their fourth straight game, though this one had a little fight in it, I guess.
And they got 200% of the total runs they scored in the entire Pirates series in this game alone, so that's something.
Chase Anderson got off to a rocky (no pun intended start) he allowed a single to Corey Dickerson, and then walked Troy Tulowitzki on an at-bat that included approximately 5,000 foul balls.
