The two sides tonight combined for 32 hits, 16 walks, 4 errors and 25 runs. As you can imagine, it was the offense which took center stage for the D-backs, pounding out 16 runs on 18 hits. They got started quickly, with two-run homers in the first from Lourdes Gurriel Jr (below) and Gabriel Moreno. The former finished with three hits and four RBI, while Gaby had two hits. But it was Ketel Marte who starred, going 4-for-4 and was a home-run short of the cycle by the middle of the fourth. The D-backs went 9-for-19 with runners in scoring position, but did commit four errors.
