It's been reported that the Diamondbacks will have new uniforms next season. What a time to be alive!
Steve Gilbert of MLB.com has an article this morning stating that the Diamondbacks will have new uniforms for 2016. While the color scheme is not expected to be drastically changed, this change has apparently been in the works since midway through the 2014 season.
That part makes sense, when you experience a 2014 Diamondbacks season, you fill your time with uniform change ideas to stave off the impending feelings of nihilism.
Quote Derrick Hall from the Gilbert piece:
"This is an exciting time for our franchise, as we have a unique opportunity to continue to evolve our uniforms," said Hall.
