D-backs ride 7-run 2nd to top Padres, take series

A.J. Pollock and Paul Goldschmidt both drove in a pair of runs during the D-backs' seven-run second inning. Hellickson gave up two runs on six hits in six innings, posting his sixth quality start in his his last seven outings and winning for the fourth time in six starts.

Padres starter Andrew Cashner continued to suffer from some bad luck, falling to 2-9 after giving up seven runs, four of which were unearned. However, the right-hander also had his shortest outing of the season, lasting just four innings.
