The Arizona Diamondbacks placed right-handed pitcher Archie Bradley on the 15-day disabled list (right shoulder tendinitis) and recalled left-handed pitcher Robbie Ray from Triple-A Reno, as announced by D-backs Sr. Vice President & General Manager Dave Stewart.
Bradley, 22, is 2-3 with a 5.80 ERA (23 ER in 35.2 IP) in 8 starts in his debut season. In his first 4 starts, he was 2-0 with a 1.80 ERA (4 ER in 20.0 IP). He was removed in his fourth start on April 28 vs. Rockies after being hit in the face by a Carlos Gonzalez line drive in the second inning and was on the disabled list from April 29-16.
