WASHINGTON -- The Nationals and D-backs entered a rain delay in the top of the sixth inning Monday night with Arizona leading, 5-4.
Arizona took the lead with a five-run fourth inning, highlighted by a three-run homer from Yasmany Tomas, his 30th homer of the season, off Nationals right-hander Tanner Roark. Roark lasted just four innings, his shortest start since June 5, and surrendered five runs on four hits but struck out six.
