Among the topics of discussion within the Diamondbacks’ new-look front office is where certain position players fit, both in the field and on the roster, and perhaps no player’s situation is more intriguing than that of Brandon Drury.
Drury had a strong first full season in the majors, hitting .282 with 16 homers in semi-regular duty, bouncing between both corner outfield positions, third base and second base.
General Manager Mike Hazen was asked how he sees Drury fitting on next year’s roster and whether Drury might be best served by settling in at one spot rather than playing all over the field.
