LOS ANGELES -- For the second straight night, the D-backs suffered a late-inning heartbreaking loss at Dodger Stadium, as Matt Kemp's three-run homer off Archie Bradley in the eighth gave the Dodgers a 3-2 win on Saturday.
The loss dropped the D-backs into a tie for first place with the Dodgers in the National League West. The Rockies, who beat the Padres on Saturday night, are a half-game back.
After losing a 2-1 lead in the seventh inning on Friday, the D-backs were feeling good about their chances of winning Saturday when they carried a 2-0 lead into the bottom of the eighth with Bradley on the mound.
