PHOENIX -- The D-backs had the Cardinals right where they wanted them when the seventh inning started Wednesday night at Chase Field.
With a 2-1 lead, the D-backs had Yoshihisa Hirano, who had been unscored on in 26 straight appearances, with Archie Bradley and Brad Boxberger ready to follow him.
Those good feelings disappeared quickly, however, when Yairo Munoz hit Hirano's second pitch over the wall to key a five-run rally, which led to the Cardinals capturing the series with an 8-4 win.
