After taking two of three from the Los Angeles Dodgers over the weekend, the Arizona Diamondbacks have an opportunity to start 2017 with four-straight series wins at Chase Field.
Standing in the way is first baseman Will Myers and the San Diego Padres. Andy Green‘s team completed a short six-game homestand with a series loss to the Marlins. Last week in San Diego, the Padres took two of three games from Arizona.
Tale of the Tape:
Record: Padres (8-12) fourth in the N.L. West, Diamondbacks (12-8), second in the N.L. West.
Offense: Padres (.
