The Diamondbacks began the process of reseating season-ticket holders in advance of the regular season, moving forward with a plan that calls for limited capacity at Chase Field.
Attendance likely will be limited to 25 percent of Chase Field’s 48,633 capacity — and perhaps less than that at many games — as the team will implement social-distancing protocols.
Each season-ticket holder received an email on Monday that included his or her priority number, based on seniority. The organization will work its way down the list assigning “health and comfort seating pods” to each. Pods will be selected during a “virtual relocation event.
