After a disappointing weekend series in Tampa Bay the Arizona Diamondbacks were surely eager to get out of Florida... or perhaps just the hellscape that is Tropicana Field, for their next series was just a hop and a skip away in Miami. They left one stadium that can most accurately be described as a circus to another that has made revisions to become less of one. It was a a homecoming for rookie D’backs catcher Adrian Del Castillo, a Miami native, who announced his presence in a big way tonight. The reported attendance for the game was 7,318, but as we all know that figure is based on tickets sold and not butts in seats.
