The Pittsburgh Steelers have cut former Arizona State running back Xazavian Valladay after signing him a couple weeks ago when he was waived by the Texans.

Valladay had originally signed with Houston as an undrafted free agent, so he has already faced the adversity of being cut twice in his first NFL offseason.
Valladay had four carries for eight yards in his lone preseason game with the Texans. Since being picked up by Pittsburgh, Valladay had 12 carries for 30 yards across two games.
In his only season at ASU, Valladay led the Pac-12 in rushing touchdowns with 16 and was first on the Sun Devils in all-purpose yards with 1,481.
