After going on an absolute tear last week, Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder A.J. Pollock has been named National League Player of the Week.
For the third time in his career, Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder A.J. Pollock has been awarded with the National League Player of the Week award. Pollock went on an absolute tear against opposing pitching last week as he batted .483 and had an incredible 14 hits in 29 at-bats.
Pollock had four four-hit games, including two that were back-to-back, which is the first time that a Diamondbacks player had done that in over a decade, since Steve Finley did it in 2003.
