Diamondbacks center fielder A.J. Pollock may have re-injured the right elbow that’s kept him out most of spring training.
After Pollock slid into home in the second inning of Friday’s game against the Kansas City Royals, he immediately grabbed his elbow. Trainer Ken Crenshaw came out of the dugout and escorted Pollock back to the dugout.
Pollock did not come back onto the field for the top of the fourth inning.
